  1. There is a computer program to play CDs and can read the title of the music and songs. Musicmatch jukebox alerted me to the fact that the titles of the CDs are not Camille Saint Seans as it is supposed to be. The music plays the Carnival of the Animals and the book is OK. Only a Computer program can read what some sick person has written on the CD titles. The musician that is given credit is someone named Zeke. The titles of the songs are along the line of “twisted” , “F–k all night long”. It is scary because you don’t know if there is some other subliminal message that is not audible. The regular cd players won’t pick it up and by looking at the Cd out of the book you wont’t be able to tell there is anything wrong. Unless you have a good computer program to read the titles. I wrote to the publisher to research what went wrong and to investigate who made the CD’s. I played the CD on another computer to see if it still came out like it did on my computer and it did.It is a wonderful book other than the sicko who put that stuff on the CD.

  2. The book was excellent, however the CD was not included with the book, so was disappointed I did not receive it after writing to seller.

  4. I got this book for my 4yo, who is actually more interested in classical composers, but we could not find a book about Saint-Saens. So I was glad to see that this book provides some biographical information, to the extent that it is relevant to this particular composition.

My daughter had already been exposed to some explanation of the meaning of the different pieces, so I was glad to see that this book contained a lot of detail to help her learn more about it. And since she is just barely learning to read, the large, colorful illustrations helped her follow along by herself.

  5. Nice music, very good text in a book, explaining what you hear, but if you are a teacher, you need more action in the class with this book (additional pictures or muppets for action before the sound and the history). The children enjoy acting out the animals to the music so I am glad that I did get it for the planned body movement in the classroom.
